Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.
