Sugar-free snacks that hit the spot

I'm only 12 lbs in but the crunch thing is already my last craving standing too. Pork rinds crushed over chili lime greek yogurt actually works better than I expected, gives you salty, creamy, and crunch all at once. Also pickles if you want something crunchy for basically zero effort.

Crunch was the last thing to go for me too, and roasted edamame saved me - salty, snappy, and a decent protein bump on top. If I want sweet with it, I'll melt a square of that stevia chocolate and dip a few in, which sounds weird but scratches both itches. Congrats on the 15, by the way, that first stretch feels great.

Down 22 myself and the crunch craving never left, so pork rinds have become my default too. I started doing them crushed over greek yogurt like someone said above and it weirdly scratches the salty and sweet itch at once. For the sweet side, a square of stevia-sweetened dark chocolate with a spoon of cool whip does the trick when jello gets boring.

Only 5 lbs in so I'm early to this party, but crunchy is already my downfall too. Roasted chickpeas made at home with chili powder have been my thing lately - cheap and they stay snappy in a jar for days. Celery with a little peanut butter and a few sugar-free chocolate chips on top sort of fakes the sweet and crunch combo when jello gets old.

22 lbs down on Zep and my crunchy-snack game has been frozen cool whip dollops folded into the jello right before it sets - gets almost ice-cream-ish. Also keep a bag of those dried green pea snacks in the pantry for when I want something salty and loud. Might have to try the chili chickpeas next since jars that stay snappy for days sounds dangerous in a good way.

Six weeks in and only a few lbs down myself, but the crunchy craving is real. Pork rinds with a little hot sauce have been my salty fix, and for sweet I do the same jello trick but blend the cool whip in so it gets fluffy instead of layered. Dried pea snacks sound worth a try too.

Dipping a toe in at 3 lbs down myself, but pork rinds with hot sauce are already in my rotation so that one checks out. My crunchy fix has been cucumber slices with everything bagel seasoning - loud enough to feel like chips. The blended cool whip trick is going in my notes for the next jello batch.

The everything bagel cucumber thing is underrated - I do the same with radish slices when I want more bite. For sweet, sugar-free pudding cups with a few frozen raspberries stirred in have been my 29-lbs-down treat, cold enough that it feels like dessert instead of a compromise.

Pork rinds dipped in hot sauce have saved me plenty of nights on 10mg, honestly. Radishes are a good call - I did jicama sticks with lime and tajin before and that crunch hit closer to chips than anything else I found.Chili-lime jicama sticks have been my crunchy fix since starting Zep - takes way more chewing than cucumber so it actually feels like a snack. For sweet I rotate the jello thing with a handful of frozen dark cherries, hits different than raspberries.
