Restarting titration today after a break
Totally agree. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks.

semaglutide plateau at 10 lbs down - what worked?
Late to this but The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.
