Easy protein win from todays lunch

Made a tuna salad wrap for lunch and realized it packs almost 30g of protein without even trying. Six pounds down so far and hits like this keep me going on days when my appetite is basically nonexistent. What are your go-to lazy lunches that sneak in a bunch of protein?

Cottage cheese mixed into the tuna instead of mayo was my lazy upgrade, bumps the protein even more. On zero appetite days I lean on rotisserie chicken straight from the container, no effort at all. Six pounds is solid, keep stacking those wins.

Fairlife shakes live in my fridge for those no-appetite afternoons, 30g without any chewing involved. Cottage cheese on everything worked for me too for a while before I got burned out on it. Six lbs in is solid, keep stacking those easy wins.

Tuna wraps carried me through the first couple months too, now I keep those little seasoned tuna packets in the pantry desk drawer for days when cooking feels impossible. Down 56 lbs and I still rotate between that and cold shrimp with cocktail sauce when I can't face food. The wins really do add up.

Greek yogurt instead of mayo in my tuna was a game changer too, and I keep the shelf-stable tuna packets in my car for errand days when lunch just sneaks up on me. Down about 28 lbs and honestly the boring repeatable stuff is what got me here.

Cottage cheese has been my low-effort secret lately, half a cup scooped onto whatever I can tolerate adds like 14g without any cooking. On tirzepatide my appetite vanishes some afternoons too, so I keep single-serve cups in the fridge for exactly that. Congrats on the six, those small victories matter more than they feel like they do.

Rotisserie chicken from the store is my lazy move, shred a bit of it into a tortilla with cheese and it's 35g with zero effort. Down 34 lbs and the whole "nothing appeals but protein still needs to happen" struggle is real, so easy stuff like this is what keeps me from just skipping lunch entirely.
