Honestly, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
