I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Checking in this morning, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this today and Been there, it does get easier I promise. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Incredible progress. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
