Same here, Sending good vibes your way. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call.

Totally agree. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, How are you finding the higher dose so far. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Thanks for sharing this.

Reading this and How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. This community is the best.
