Honestly, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. So glad I'm not alone in this.

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. This made my day to read. This community is the best.

Following along, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared.

Totally agree. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body.
