I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, This made my day to read. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Coming back to this thread, Look how far you've come. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
