Sunday vs Monday injection day — does timing matter?
Totally agree. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
