Coming back to this thread, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Don't give up, it's worth it. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
