Retired schoolteacher, 64, on Trulicity for T2D. Weight loss wasn't the primary goal but losing 25 lbs in a year has helped my arthritis tremendously. Less weight on joints equals less pain.

Same here, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
