Down 9 lbs and feeling like this med has finally clicked for me, though I'm curious how it's going for folks outside the US. Anyone else checking in from another country who wants to share how access and supply have been on your end? Figured a rolling hello thread might help us international folks find each other.

Been ordering from abroad for most of the 42 lbs I've lost and customs was the scary part until I learned less is more - small packages with plain labeling sailed through every time, while anything that looked like a bulk haul got held. Where I am, declaring a low value and avoiding brand names on the paperwork made the difference. Different countries vary a lot though, so worth checking what triggers inspections where you are.

23 lbs down here from the UK and supply has been the rollercoaster more than the appetite side - pharmacies near me went from stocked to a two month wait overnight. Checking in from abroad is a good idea, half the threads assume US insurance stuff that doesn't apply to me at all.

Checking in from Minnesota even though I'm the one who asked about international folks originally - 21 lbs down on my compound and the supply horror stories here in the US sound a lot like what the UK poster described. 32 lbs down on compounded semaglutide here in Kansas City, and even in the US I've had stretches where my compound source ran dry for weeks, so the UK poster's two month wait sounds rough. Mine came through the EU side in a plain bubble mailer too, took about two weeks and no questions asked. Down 53 lbs since starting, so whatever risk there was felt worth it in hindsight. Quiet labeling seems to be the key from what everyone's describing.

My last one sat overseas for nine days with dead tracking, so those long silences sound normal to me now. Food noise faded for me around week three even before I moved up. Packing it discreet and using a smaller box seemed to help it clear faster.

Miami checking in even though I'm not international - 29 lbs down on Ozempic and my food noise took closer to two months to quiet down, so week three sounds like a bargain. The shipping horror stories here make me appreciate just picking mine up locally.

Hello from Canada - pharmacy fridge stock has been hit or miss here but I've managed so far. About 5 lbs down and the food chatter only started dialing back this week, so I'm in the Iowa camp more than the early-quiet group.

Checking in from the UK - supply has been patchy here too, some months my pharmacy has it, others I'm calling around.
