57 year old male. I've been on the carnivore diet for 4+ years, was vegetarian before that. I'm still about 50lbs overweight.
My health issues: spinal stenosis, fractured vertebrae, ruptured disk, degenerative disk disease, arthritis and some damage to knees and shoulders. Basically my body is wearing out.
I'm not asking for recs or med advice, but if you've had success with reducing pain/ inflammation I'd love to hear about it.

Welcome to the forum! It's great to have you here. Many members find that GLP-1 medications help with weight reduction, which can in turn reduce mechanical stress on joints and the spine—some also report changes in inflammatory markers, though individual results vary quite a bit. Given your complex orthopedic history, coordinating closely with your prescriber and possibly a pain specialist would be wise. Not medical advice, of course—check with your healthcare team.

This is my first time on this forum; how should I say hello to everyone, my friends?
