How are you handling injection-day fatigue? How did you know it was time to increase your dose?
New here
Down about 7 myself so I'm right behind you on the early stretch. Injection-day fatigue hit me the first couple of months too, mostly the day after, and it faded as my body adjusted. Crossing fingers the trend line keeps bending for both of us.
Down 14 here and the day-after tiredness was real for me too, mostly month one or two, then it just stopped being a thing. I never touched my dose until my doctor and I talked it through, so I'd bring that question to them rather than the thread. Keep logging the small wins, they add up faster than you notice week to week.
Raleigh here too, and down 6 so far on retatrutide, so the early stretch feels familiar. The day-after drag was my worst the first month or so, then it pretty much faded on its own. Dose changes I always left to my doctor, which kept me from second-guessing everything.
Down 14 myself so I know that early stretch well. The day-after drag faded for me around month two too, and I stopped dreading injection nights after that. Another Raleigh person here, small world.
Down 7 here so the early stretch is still fresh for me. The day-after drag hits hardest on my weekends but it seems to be easing already, so hearing it fades by month two is reassuring. Also near Raleigh, funny how many of us are clustered here.
Funny how the Raleigh cluster keeps growing in this thread. I'm way past the early stretch now, down around 60, and can confirm the day-after drag really does become a distant memory. Hang in there, it gets easier.
Another Raleigh voice checking in, we really do need a meetup at this point. I'm down about 48 and can vouch that the weekend drag keeps fading the further out you get.
Adding to the Raleigh headcount too, that meetup joke might not stay a joke. Down 44 here and I can second that the weekend sluggishness barely registers anymore. Funny how a thread titled new here turned into a local roll call.
Tucson here, so I'm out of range for that Raleigh meetup, but I'm on Trulicity and about 37 down. Can co-sign that the sluggish days fade way quicker than you'd expect.
Make it three Raleigh folks and that meetup is basically a quorum. I'm at 40 down myself and the weekend fog everyone keeps mentioning mostly lifted for me somewhere around the four month mark.
Raleigh quorum confirmed then, someone just needs to pick a coffee shop. Down 53 here and the weekend fog thing tracks with my timeline too, it faded somewhere in month three for me.
