Low energy today, how are you still moving?

Only got a slow walk in after work today, low energy hit me too, but I figured some movement beats none. On my better days I've been doing a short loop in the morning like you did, seems to help set the tone. Nice work getting the steps in anyway.

Low energy days are real on this med, but even a short walk beats nothing. I'm down 56 lbs and on the blah days I just aim for a loop around the block instead of my usual 3 miles. Something always beats skipping it entirely for me.

I'm on the low-dose tirzepatide train too and low energy days hit me hard some weeks, down 29 lbs since Portland summer started. On those days I just aim for a slow 20 minute loop around the block instead of beating myself up over missed workouts. Weirdly the easy walks often shake the slump loose better than forcing an intense session.

Down 48 here and the lazy-loop trick works for me too, though on my worst days it's just pacing while the coffee brews. Yesterday I got in 6k steps before the slump hit so today I'm calling that a win and resting. Something is better than zero, that's the whole game.

The ten-minute rule is what got me out the door today too, down about 21 and some mornings the couch is loud. Made it 20 minutes and the rest of the day felt less foggy. Weird how starting is the hard part, not the walking.

Down 47 lbs myself and the blah days still sneak up. I've noticed a short morning walk before work usually keeps me from cratering by evening, so that first thing you did might already be doing more than it feels like.

Down 27 here and the ten-minute rule saved me plenty of times. Some days my version is just walking to the mailbox and back, but it counts. The blah days pass faster when I stop grading myself on step totals.

Couch is winning over here today, down 35 and dragging since last night, but reading this got me to at least commit to a loop around the block after dinner. On low days I just count getting dressed for the walk as a win and let the pace be whatever it wants.

Down 65-ish and the low-energy days still show up for me too, just less often now. I've started telling myself I only have to put on shoes, and once they're on the walk usually happens on its own. Mornings are way better for me than afternoons when the tiredness kicks in.

Down 15 and mornings are the only window where I reliably move too, afternoons are a write-off most days. Yesterday I just did a slow lap while the coffee kicked in and still counted it. Some days getting outside at all beats pace every time.

Down about 20 myself and the slow-lap mentality saved me plenty of times. I'm in Montana where winter makes the coffee-walk trick even more necessary. Congrats on the 3 lbs, that adds up faster than it feels like it does.

I've lost around 20 lbs too and the low-energy days hit hardest right before shot day for me. I started doing one slow lap after dinner even when the couch was calling, and half the time it turns into three. Getting the morning steps in like you did is half the battle.

The before-shot-day slump is real for me too, that week four wall hits every cycle. I started keeping my morning walks short on those days instead of skipping, and it's kept the streak going. The fact you already got steps in on a rough day says a lot.

Down about 17 myself and I've noticed the slump hits me worst right before shot day too. On those mornings I just tell myself one lap around the block, and honestly the fresh air usually shakes loose a bit more energy than I expected. Getting out early like you did seems to matter more than how far I go.

Down 39 lbs and my slumps also cluster right before shot day. Afternoon stretching while the coffee brews is what keeps me moving on the rough ones, even if it's just ten minutes..OP: got steps in this morningFortyish down myself and the drag always peaks right before my shot too, so I plan nothing ambitious on those days. A ten-minute stretch session while the coffee kicks in is usually all I can manage, but it counts. You already banked your steps before noon, so today's a win regardless.
