Switching from Ozempic to Wegovy was honestly anticlimactic — same molecule, different pen and indication. The autoinjector is nicer. Cost was about the same after the coupon. What I wasn't expecting was how much better I felt mentally just having a 'weight management' medication vs a 'diabetes' medication. Weird psychological shift but real.

Reading this and Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. You've got this.

Following along — The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

Same here, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: What's your current titration schedule looking like. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
