Adding my two cents: How are you handling injection-day fatigue. How's your energy been lately. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. You're doing amazing.
