Adding my two cents: How are you handling injection-day fatigue. How's your energy been lately. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Popping in today to say, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Don't give up, it's worth it. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. This community is the best.

Late to this but Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
