Rough patch? You're not alone. This is the thread to ask for support with nausea, fatigue, constipation, sulfur burps — all the unglamorous parts. Share what's helped you, and remember: this is peer support, NOT medical advice. If a symptom is severe or scary, call your prescriber or seek care. We're here for the day-to-day stuff.

Week 1 nausea is rough. What helped me: tiny meals, ginger tea, and not lying down right after eating. It does ease up — hang in there.

Constipation was my big one. Magnesium at night and a ton of water turned it around. Talk to your pharmacist about what's right for you.

The sulfur burps almost made me quit. Slowing down how fast I ate and cutting back on fatty meals the day of my shot helped a lot.

Honestly, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Thanks for sharing this.

How long did the food noise take to quiet down. So proud of you. Hang in there.

Fatigue hit me hard on my first dose bump. Made sure I was eating enough protein and not under-fueling — that was the culprit for me.

Adding my two cents: Been there — it does get easier I promise. What's your current titration schedule looking like. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Thanks for sharing this.
