Lost my appetite completely, how to hit protein?

Hit a wall of fatigue right after my last dose increase. Is that a normal adjustment thing, and did more protein help you?

Following along, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Been there, it does get easier I promise. Such an inspiration honestly. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Keep us posted!

Late to this but Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.
