Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

How's your energy been lately. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Just wanted to say, Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For the nausea: small meals, no greasy food, ginger tea, and Zofran if your doctor will prescribe it. The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest. Everything gets better after that point in almost every case I've seen in this forum.

Totally agree. The mental side is harder than people admit. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. This community is the best.

Totally agree. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Everyone's different of course.
