Week 1 nausea has me questioning everything. How long did it take before it eased up for you, and what actually helped in the meantime?

Following along, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Been there, it does get easier I promise. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea.
