Just wanted to say, Maintenance for three months now and holding. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. This community is the best.

Totally agree. You should be really proud. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it.

For what it's worth, Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.
