Coming back to this thread, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through.

Adding my two cents: Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
