Just wanted to check in at week 6 because I remember being terrified reading about nausea before I started. It was rough — weeks 2-4 were genuinely difficult. But I woke up this morning feeling normal for the first time since starting and I'm down 18 lbs. If you're in the thick of the nausea phase right now, it does pass. Hydrate, eat small, and give it time.

You're doing amazing. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Just wanted to say, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Been there — it does get easier I promise. Keep us posted!

Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. So glad I'm not alone in this.

How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Stay the course.

Just wanted to say, What helped you push through the plateau. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
