Fatigue hit hard after today's dose, normal?

Nausea has been rough today and I'm looking for anything that helps right now. What worked for you?

For what it's worth, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Onward!
