Fatigue hit hard after todays dose. Is this a normal adjustment thing, and did more protein help you?

For what it's worth, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. This community is the best.

Honestly, How are you finding the higher dose so far. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Everyone's different of course.
