Late to this but Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. This community is the best.

Reading this today and Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
