Fitness update at month 8: started doing resistance training at month 3 after losing significant muscle mass in the early months. Since adding lifting 3x/week, my rate of fat loss has actually increased while I've gained visible muscle definition. The combination is powerful.

For what it's worth, How's your energy been lately. What helped you push through the plateau. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Hang in there.

Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Everyone's different of course.

The protein-first approach is the single best nutrition change I made. Before any carbs or fats, get your protein in. It works synergistically with the medication to preserve muscle while you're in a deficit.

Same here — Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. I learned not to lie down right after eating.

Just wanted to say, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. This community is the best.

Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

My doctor kept me at 0.5mg for 10 weeks. Slower titration, fewer side effects — worth it.

Constipation was my big one — magnesium at night helped a ton. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
