Just wanted to say, The mental side is harder than people admit. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Hang in there.

Popping in today to say, Look how far you've come. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks.

Checking in this morning, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Keep going, seriously. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Same here, The mental side is harder than people admit. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Look how far you've come. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. This community is the best.
