I've been lurking for months and finally decided to post. Six months in on semaglutide, down 40 lbs, and I finally feel like I have something worth sharing. Ask me anything — happy to help.

Coming back to this thread — We're all in this together. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. So proud of you. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and The mental side is harder than people admit. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this and Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Incredible progress. You've got this.

Totally agree. What's your current titration schedule looking like. I learned not to lie down right after eating. How are you finding the higher dose so far. This community is the best.

Totally agree. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
