Following along, Been there, it does get easier I promise. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Checking in this morning, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Thanks for sharing this.

Checking in this morning, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Sending good vibes your way. How are you finding the higher dose so far. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Stay the course. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
