Following along, Been there, it does get easier I promise. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Thanks for sharing this.

Checking in this morning, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Sending good vibes your way. How are you finding the higher dose so far. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
