Honestly, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Onward!

Coming back to this thread, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. You've got this.

Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. What's your current titration schedule looking like. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Popping in today to say, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
