Maintenance for three months now and holding. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Rooting for you.

Late to this but The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Onward!
