Honestly, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose.

Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. I learned not to lie down right after eating.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Onward! Everyone's different of course.
