Update on the stall I posted about 3 weeks ago: it broke. Down 4 lbs this week after 3 weeks at the same number. Didn't change anything — just kept going. Sometimes the scale is a liar and the process is still working underneath.

Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along — How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward!

The compounding question comes up a lot here. My take after 8 months: the quality varies enormously. The COA is your friend — if a vendor won't provide a third-party tested certificate of analysis, that's a red flag. I've had good results with a local 503B pharmacy that does quarterly testing.

Following along, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

My titration schedule ended up being much slower than the official guide. 0.25mg for 8 weeks, then 0.5mg for 8 more weeks. My doctor is conservative but the results have been steady and the side effects manageable. There's no prize for going faster.

Just wanted to say, How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. What's your current titration schedule looking like. So glad I'm not alone in this.
