My prescriber wants me to jump two dose levels at once and I'm hesitant after everything I've read here. Anyone done that smoothly?

Late to this but I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward!

How are you handling injection-day fatigue. What helped you push through the plateau.

Same here, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Same here, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Rooting for you.

Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Onward!

Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Thanks for sharing this.

Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Hang in there.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Thanks for sharing this.

Honestly, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose.

Coming back to this thread, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled.

Same here, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared.

Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
