Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Thanks for sharing this.

Adding my two cents: I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Everyone's different of course.

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
