Reading this and Has your sleep changed at all since starting. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Hang in there.

Honestly, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Keep us posted!

Honestly, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days.
