Reading this and Has your sleep changed at all since starting. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Hang in there.

Totally agree. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Has your sleep changed at all since starting.
