Restart log - back at it as of today
Maintenance for three months now and holding. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

BPC-157 alongside semaglutide — anyone tried this stack?
Totally agree. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Restarting titration after a long break
Stuck on a plateau and torn between bumping the dose and just waiting it out. What broke the stall for you?
