Same here, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Thanks for sharing this.
