Coming back to this thread, Supply's been tight in my area too. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now.

Following along, Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
