Following along, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
