For what it's worth, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. What's your current titration schedule looking like. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Onward!

Checking in this morning, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. So glad I'm not alone in this.
