Totally agree. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. This community is the best.
