Happy Weigh-In Wednesday! Step on the scale, take a breath, and drop your number below. Up, down, or holding steady — every check-in counts. Share your current dose and how the week felt. Remember: the scale lies on a daily basis, so look at the trend, not the day. Cheering you all on!

Down 2.3 lbs this week on Mounjaro 7.5mg! Slow and steady. The food noise is finally quiet and I'm not white-knuckling it anymore.

Holding steady for the second week in a row. Trying not to spiral — I know plateaus are part of it. Currently on Zepbound 10mg. Any tips welcome.

Up a pound but it's TOM and I ate all the salt, so I'm not stressing. Wegovy 1.7mg here. Trusting the process.

Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Onward!
