Pharmacy update today - backorder again?

Been in the same spot a couple times and just stretched my interval a few extra days each cycle until the pharmacy restocked. The hunger crept back some but nothing unmanageable, and my progress slowed without reversing. Splitting doses smaller and more often helped me stay level too, for what it's worth.

Down 84 lbs I've hit two backorder gaps and just stretched my interval a few days rather than stressing it. Appetite got louder for sure but the scale barely moved either time. Smaller split doses kept me steadier on the second gap, for whatever that's worth.

Down 21 lbs myself and had two of these gaps last year. Stretching my shot a few extra days worked fine for me, appetite came back a bit but nothing I couldn't ride out until the pharmacy caught up.

Backorder burned me last spring too, and stretching a few days between shots kept the 48 lb loss from stalling out. The appetite noise coming back was the worst part, honestly, but a couple weeks of it didn't undo anything. I just rode it out and stayed stocked up once the shelves filled again.

Same boat on backorders, and stretching my interval a few days got me through both times without wrecking my 23 lb progress. The hunger creep was annoying but manageable with bigger protein-heavy meals. Hope your pharmacy restocks soon.

Third backorder thread I've seen this month, so seems like it's hitting a lot of people right now. When my pharmacy ran dry last fall I stretched my interval and the hunger definitely got louder, but my 39 lb loss held steady through it. Extra protein and fiber at breakfast made the gap way more bearable for me.

My pharmacy pulled the same thing last month and I just stretched my shot by five days. The appetite came back a bit but I leaned on protein and it evened out once I got back on schedule. Calling around to a second pharmacy is worth a shot too, that's how I found stock faster once.

Backorder gap here too last spring and the stretched interval was rough for a few days but my 31 lb loss never budged. Leaning on protein and volume eating kept the appetite from spiraling until my refill came in. Sounds like pharmacies everywhere are in the same squeeze right now.

Had the same thing happen during a backorder last year and stretching my interval worked out fine, appetite was louder but manageable. This time I'd stock up on filling snacks and water before the gap hits so you're not making food choices hungry. Also worth asking your pharmacy if they can partial-fill or find another location with stock.

Lost 46 lbs over the past year and went through a two-week gap myself when my pharmacy ran dry. Stretching the shot plus keeping prepped meals around got me through without any rebound bingeing. Calling other locations in the same chain is what finally landed my refill, so that's where I'd start.

Dealing with this in Houston right now too, down 48 lbs and dreading the same gap. I called three other locations in my chain and one had vials sitting in the back, so it's worth grinding those calls out. Meanwhile protein-heavy small meals kept my appetite from running the show when I had to stretch a week last fall.

Only 5 lbs in myself so a gap scares me less than it used to, but I've been stretching my interval a few days when refills run late and the hunger is way quieter than I expected. I second the partial-fill idea -- my pharmacy offered to split a box when I called about availability.

Down 68 lbs here and backorders have hit me twice, both times the chain-wide call-around is what saved me. I also found smaller portions spaced through the day made the stretched week way easier than I expected. Don't wait to ask your pharmacy about a partial fill either, mine split a box for me last spring.

Had a similar gap last year and portioning out meals ahead of time made the wait way less miserable. The appetite creeping back around day five was real for me, but smaller plates and extra protein kept it from turning into a full bounce-back. Hoping your pharmacy restocks faster than mine did.

Only a few pounds in myself so a gap felt scarier to me than it probably should, but a short delay is survivable. When my refill ran late I just called other branches in the same chain until one had stock -- took three tries. Upping protein and keeping meals small kept the returning hunger from spiraling those extra days.

Only 13 lbs in myself so I panicked a bit when my last refill slipped a week, but the call-around thing really does work -- fourth branch had it. Eating smaller amounts more often and leaning on protein kept the hunger from getting loud those extra days. Worth asking about a partial fill too if you're close to empty.

Down 8 lbs myself and a backorder hit me last month too -- calling around to different branches is what saved me, third pharmacy had it in stock. Meanwhile I just kept protein up and ate small so the appetite coming back didn't turn into a free-for-all. Ask about a partial fill if you're nearly out, my pharmacist offered that when I mentioned it.
