Down 20 lbs and still going, so I want to tighten up how I screen sources before ordering. Lately I've been adding things like how quickly they answer questions and whether lab results have recent dates, not just that they exist. Curious what else you all look at beyond the usual purity and sterility checks.

I started checking whether the lab dates actually match the batch on my vial, since I once got paperwork that was clearly from an older lot. Response time before buying has been a good tell for me too. Congrats on the 20, I'm sitting at about 24 down and it only gets easier to be picky.

The thing that sold me on my current source was them sending fresh third-party results without me even asking twice. After 46 lbs I've also gotten pickier about how they handle a problem order, not just the initial sales pitch.

One thing I added to my list after 37 lbs down is how they handle a replacement when something shows up off, since that told me more than any paperwork did. Also cross-checking the lot number on the vial against the posted results has caught mismatches for me before.

At 12 lbs down on Mounjaro I'm earlier in this than you all, but response speed has been my best filter so far too. The one thing I'd add is asking a question they can't answer from a script, like how they store product before shipping, and seeing if the answer sounds like a person or a copy-paste.

Storage question is a good one, and I'd add checking whether the label on my vial matches the batch info they posted before I ever use it. When my order ran late last winter, how they communicated about it told me more than any fresh-dated results did.

The unscripted question trick is underrated - I asked one source how they'd handle a heat wave during shipping and the rambling honest answer won me over more than any clean PDF. Also worth noting whether they volunteer bad news at all, since the ones that never mention delays or batch issues until you push are the ones that burned me at 18 lbs down.

Mine sat in limbo for ten days this round too. I'm at 12.5 and burned through my stash faster than expected, so now I reorder the second I hit three weeks left. Down 18 lbs and a gap is the last thing I want.
