Adding my two cents: Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days.

Late to this but Access where I am has been hit or miss lately.

Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.
