Reading this and Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and My last check-up came back looking great. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, This is huge. Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Thanks for sharing this.
